Before completing your order, please make sure you have correctly registered all the required information.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail listing all the details of your order.

Please note the order number in case you need to contact us.

You have the obligation to check the validity of the order Confirmation details and notify:

b. By e-mail kalamaria@tetraluxstores.gr

(within at least 2 hours upon receiving the order confirmation e-mail) for any error, otherwise the items listed in the order confirmation are considered valid "as are".
